For the third time PENTASYS was chosen as one of the best employers in Germany by “Great Place to Work® Institute”. Landing on rank three, PENTASYS improved again its position compared to last year.
On the 12th of February 2009 " Deutschlands Beste Arbeitgeber 2009" have been awarded. The list was published on 13th of February 2009 from media partner Handelsblatt.
“At the heart of the definition of a great place to work - a place where employees "trust the people they work for, have pride in what they do, and enjoy the people they work with" - is the idea that a great workplace is measured by the quality of the three, interconnected relationships that exist there:
The relationship between employees and management.
The relationship between employees and their jobs/company.
The relationship between employees and other employees.”

In the 2009 contest, 93% of all employees of PENTASYS participated, 99% characterized PENTASYS as “very good place to work”.
