IT projects are carried out by humans. It is those people who constitute the interface between the IT systems and their users. It is them who adapt the systems to the internal business processes. That makes them the most important factor in the success or failure of a project. We are convinced that IT projects require an open, collegial and collaborative atmosphere to succeed. This “Spirit of PENTASYS”, as we call it, expresses itself in highly motivated and responsible employees and a strong emphasis on team play in the company. The successful implementation of complex projects is only possible in a harmonious team environment. Each team lives and succeeds with the impulses and contributions of each team member.

Communication is vital to all IT projects. That is equally true for communication amongst the employees. At PENTASYS there are many such opportunities, from formal meetings to informal chats in the corridor or the kitchen. We encourage both kinds of communication.
