Software – from idea to maintenance

The productive lifetime for bespoke software developed according to individual customer needs is usually much longer than for off the shelf software. A substantial contributing factor to this fact is that bespoke software can usually be adapted to changing needs over time. While design and implementation of tailored software is a complex – but even for small providers doable – task, maintenance and operations over an extended period are often inadequately considered or, due to lack of experience, underestimated challenges.

We offer a complete service covering for the entire software life cycle – from requirements capture over design and implementation to ongoing support and feature enhancements. Alternatively we also offer support for individual stages only. But even in that case we still consider ease of use and ease of maintenance for the software. We have a great deal of experience deploying and maintaining software systems, which you benefit from even when we ‘only’ design or develop your software.
